A Granat Thanksgiving

This year we were able to go to my parent's house for Thanksgiving. Thankfully, by some miracle so could everybody else of the Granat Clan. So there we all were, 29 people to be exact, half of which were children going crazy. We all ate way too much, (I think there was 13 pies) and stayed up too late. All in all it was a blast and we even got family pictures taken. Last time I remember doing that was Christmas 2000 in our East Main house. So after a six year absence, I'm glad we were able to go this year. Now the countdown to Christmas has begun....

"I've loved you for a thousand years..."

It was all very enjoyable. I headed down to Salt Lake City for a girls night out. This night my friend Anuhea and I have been planning for a year, true story. We went to yummy Olive Garden and then to a 9:00pm showing of Breaking Dawn Part 2. This was the earliest I have ever been able to see a new Twilight movie. I think going to see these movies has been so fun for so many girls, it's like this silly bond we all have. Everybody was taking pictures and talking about the "twist" at the end....like I said before it was very, very enjoyable. Now we're off to Idaho for Thanksgiving. All my brothers and sisters will be there....first time I think in almost a decade. Yea!

My Favorite Subjects

Most people who know me, know how much I love to take pictures. Even though I am not actually a professional photographer I really do enjoy to take weekly pictures my two favorite subjects. I took these last month when it was warmer and we would take our daily stroller rides. Enjoy :)

Lyman Eagles State Champs!

Just a few little updates from us. Daniel's parents and two younger brothers came to the Utah State game when we beat Texas State 38-7. It was very fun for his brother's Deen and Tui to see their first college game. Next Tui, who plays football in high school won the State Championships for the Lyman Eagles 22-20 with the Eagles scoring a touchdown with 43 seconds left in the game. It was very exciting! Congrats guys! First time in history that they have been undefeated and won the championship. Lastly Elise sang her first solo in church in our Primary Program last Sunday. She sang, "I'm trying to be like Jesus."  She did an amazing job and we are so proud of her.... She nailed it!

Here's Elise singing her song, but when she ACTUALLY did it I promise she didn't do dramatic dance moves, enjoy :)
