Children's Renaissance Fair

Last weekend I took the kids to a local children's renaissance fair. They had fun making swords, candles, bracelets, necklaces, a sun dial and even got to save the princess and meet the king and queen. The weather was nice so that made it even better. We also went to a scrimmage football game for Utah State. Spring Football is here! We are excited, next week Daniel finally gets his bowl ring. Woo hoo! Until next time...

Daniel's Birthday Fun

This past week Daniel had a birthday. We went to our favorite restaurant Herm's Inn. Daniel even got some yummy free crepes. Then Daniel and I went to see the movie Nonstop while the kids were at school. We ended the day with friends and family and had some yummy Coldstone ice cream cake. The weather has been beautiful this week and the kids have been happy playing out in the backyard and riding their bikes. Also this week Elise lost her first tooth. It was so cute how happy and excited she was. Until next time.

Happy Birthday Poppa!

Annual St. Patty's Party

We went to our annual Cousin St. Patty's Day Party in Idaho last weekend. The kids had a blast as usual. We had all the cousins on the Granat side minus 3, not too shabby. The kids had fun eating green food, coloring pictures of leprechauns, frosting green cupcakes, a scavenger hunt and last but not least a dance party outside. That's right I said outside, it was a gorgeous day and the kids loved being able to be outside in the sunshine. Thanks to all the hard work everybody did to make this party so fun. We can't wait for next year!
